Headucation recently took photographers on a journey through their work process, how they create their bespoke portraits, all from concept to creation. Thanks to the APHP, photographers have opportunities like this to learn, connect, collaborate and fuel their creativity.

Chris Mann: The last shot was taken right at the end of the day, most people had gone home, I had set up the mannequin and was getting Edi (the model) to stand behind it to give it a bit of status. I shot a few frames and it was nice but I felt like something was missing. Out of the blue, fellow tog Rocco stuck his head into the frame to wind me up... Turns out it was what the shot was missing. Moral of the story, keep shooting and hope for the unexpected.
Both Chris Mann and Michael Shelford are undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with when it comes to portrait photographers. Renowned for their ability to capture their subjects in a unique style and setting that is what separates them from other headshot photographers. Thanks for a wonderful day!
