Code Of Conduct

APHP-Approved photographers undertake to provide the highest standards of service in their dealings with clients, and do nothing that could damage the reputation or standing of the Association.They: 

  1. Are polite, courteous and respectful at all times.
  2. Act fairly, reliably, honestly, and with integrity in all dealings.
  3. Honour bookings and give maximum notice of any change (except in exceptional circumstances).
  4. Abide by transparently and publicly stated terms and conditions relating to bookings, session rates, deadlines re image supply and all fees.
  5. Maintain the confidentiality of all personal information supplied before, or shared in a session.
  6. Exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in work.
  7. Uphold the high professional standards expected by the Association.
  8. Co-operate with the Association in any investigation into an alleged breach of this Code.

Wherever you see it, you can be sure of working with an APHP-qualified photographer who is fair, reliable and responsible, possessing the experience, skill and knowledge to provide you with the highest quality headshots.
